FAQs

✴ Who do you train?

We work with athletes across all levels, from youth just starting out to high school standouts, post-grads, and adults chasing next-level performance, no matter your sport or background. We build a program around your goals.

✴ What sports do you work with?

While most athletes come from football, basketball, track & field, lacrosse, and soccer, we welcome athletes from any discipline. Our training is built on movement, agility, and mental toughness, skills that transfer across all sports.

✴ Where do sessions take place?

Training sessions are held at multiple locations across Connecticut. You’ll receive full location details upon booking. Team trainings and clinics may be scheduled at your facility or school upon request.

✴ How do I book a session?

Visit the “Book a Session” page and select your program tier. You’ll be guided through the calendar to choose your date and time. You’ll receive a confirmation email with everything you need before you arrive.

✴ What should I bring?

Athletes should bring athletic gear, water, cleats or running shoes (depending on the surface), and a focused mindset. Come ready to work — mentally and physically.

✴ Can I train with a friend or teammate?

Yes. Group training sessions are available and great for friends, teammates, or siblings. You’ll get shared drills, individual attention, and that team-style push.

✴ What’s the cancellation policy?

All cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a 50% fee. No-shows are non-refundable.

✴ Do you offer multi-session packages?

Yes — check out our Champion Membership options for 4, 8, or 12-session monthly plans. These give you consistency, priority booking, and better value over time.

✴ Do you offer team training or school clinics?

Absolutely. We offer custom team training programs and clinics for high schools, AAU teams, and youth leagues. Use the contact form to request availability and a quote.
